Why are shortages of COVID19 vaccine?

As India has maximum number of COVID19 cases in the world, Government doesn't have enough Vaccines to vaccinate people around in 2 to 3 months. Indian government has given his opinion about shortages of vaccine because after the 1st storm of COVID19 our country has been completely recovered from this outbreak but the situation in the 2nd storm is afflicted also no one has expected that such time will come as well.

After the ending of the first stage of COVID19, Government decided to sell out over 595 Lakhs of vaccines to foreign countries.

Now, India needs both oxygen supplies and vaccines but doesn't have enough vaccines and oxygen supply to control this virus right now. On asking why did government sell vaccines about his half of production, Government reveals that on that time when we have enough vaccine but not have people to be vaccinated for this virus, then government decided to send vaccines to neighbour country like Bangladesh, Srilanka and many more to provide strength to the Indian economy that were suffering because of this pandemic.

Many opposition party leaders have said and asked to government that vaccine should be available for Indian people firstly, then for others. According to government official statement, Oxygen supplies from other countries is possible only if we helped them when they were suffering with the 2nd storm of this virus. Now, Question also arises that why Government has not improved his production by maintaining companies contact for huge amounts of vaccine production.

But when we think deeply about sincerity then we also did mistakes. when government starts vaccinating people then we didn't trust to take for what will be effects but when the results came well then we are booking slots for vaccination.
